We gather contact details, account identifiers, and the case context shared during chats, keeping that information within secure systems operated by our hosting, cloud, and SaaS partners, retaining it only as long as needed to resolve issues or as required by agreements, privacy laws, or safety needs. We do not sell your data, we apply role-based access controls, encryption, and audit trails to protect it, and you can request copies, corrections, or deletions by contacting privacy@zola.cx or through the support workflow.
